This policy covers the Subchain LLC corporate website, support contact, and links to our product websites. CardCrop and eSniper have separate product privacy policies at their own websites.

Product services
Product-specific download, purchase, activation, and restoration information is described in each product’s privacy policy. This corporate website does not collect card images or marketplace sessions.
Website and contact information
This website is informational. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical request data, including IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and security or performance logs. The site has no account registration, embedded checkout, or connected contact form. If you contact support, Subchain LLC receives the contact details, message, attachments, and email metadata you provide and uses them to respond and maintain support records.
